trng is crucial for these few weeks..must prepare for next year!yes yes must train very very very hard ok((:thank you!we must prove to the people who didnt trust us..people who did not believe tt we CAN do it..so we must prove to them alright!just cos they give us some lame threat it doesnt mean we shuld be scared of them!!we must stand as a team..united so they noe swimteam is a strong team and tt they shuldnt mess with us cus they pick the wrong team..and they shuld back off!hahaha..geddit((:pls train train very very hard even if you are very tired and very lazy but dont slack cus our performance this year is very important!!thank you((:STCSWIMTEAM;ILOVE!

this is the finalise training sessions.
our training will resume on the 31st...
its a monday. it will be from 9am-11am.
at delta swimming complex. ((:
pls check the dates of which date trgs are.
bcos sum are on mon, wed n fri.
pls pls pls check CAREFULLY okay! ((:
if i'm nt wrong, cos i cant really remember.
for the 1st week, it on mon n fri.
for the 2nd week, its on mon n wed.
for the 3rd week, NO trg, cos of the camps.
for the 4th week, its on mon n wed.
then in december, there will be NO trg!
