ANNOUNCEMENT
TO ALL SWIMMERS,
TRAINING STARTS THIS COMING MONDAY, 21st OF MAY.
LANES WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FROM THE 28TH OF MAY ONWARDS SO PLEASE BRING YOUR FLIPPERS FOR TRAINING ONCE THE JUNE HOLIDAYS START. TRAINING ENDS ON THE 16TH OF JUNE. IF YOU ARE GOING OVERSEAS, PLEASE PLEASE DO SOME TRAINING OVER THERE? IF YOU'RE NOT, PLEASE COME BACK AND TRAIN HARD OKAY. AND EVEN AFTER THE 16TH OF JUNE, PLEASE TRY TO FREQUENT THE POOL AND DO THE SAME DRILLS WE DO DURING TRAINING. ERM. IF YOU WISH, FIND OTHER SWIMMERS TO TRAIN WITH YOU.
TRAINING DURING THE JUNE HOLIDAYS WILL BE 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR NATIONAL SWIMMERS (MON, WED, FRI) AND 2 TIMES A WEEK FOR NON-NATIONAL SWIMMERS (MON, WED).

For example, if your event is 03-02. It means your event is the 2nd event on session 3. it means you have to be at toa payoh swimming complex by 830AM. If your event is after school at 2.30pm, you will be allowed to leave school after the upper secondary recess which is 1145am. When you get to the pool, please do your warm ups and stretch well! yup.
